I run a small event setup crew with about fifteen people spread across different venues each weekend. Cables, lighting rigs, stands, even expensive microphones just disappear. By Monday, nobody remembers who used what last, and my "equipment log" is a sad notebook nobody fills in. I’m bleeding money on gear I know we already own. I don’t want anything complicated just a realistic way to know where stuff actually is without policing my team or spending hours on paperwork. What works when your people move fast and hate admin? I’m genuinely stuck.
