What CRMs are suitable for pressure washing?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to understand how small pressure washing companies organize their workflow.
Many of the programs I've reviewed seem designed for large contractors (employee onboarding, huge feature set, high monthly fees). More importantly, they claim to be suitable for pressure washing businesses, but aren't specialized enough for them.
I'm curious how you do this in practice.
A few questions:
• How do you calculate job costs: by area, visually, or by a flat rate?
• Do you track surface types (pavement, Indian sandstone, etc.) anywhere?
• How do you track SH mix ratios for each project?
• What tool (if any) do you use to manage requests and completed jobs?
• What is your biggest frustration with your current system?
