Has anyone tried cooling fabrics for summer clothes?

Hey everyone, summer is coming soon and I'm looking for really breathable clothes that won't make me sweat like crazy. I've heard about these new cooling fabrics that are supposed to feel cold to the touch and wick moisture super fast. Does it actually work or is it just another marketing gimmick? Curious if anyone here has bought/used shirts, dresses or bedding made with cooling material and what you think about it. Thanks!

Yeah, I was skeptical too at first, but I got a couple of t-shirts and a lightweight dress made with cooling fabric last summer and honestly it helped a lot during hot days. The material feels noticeably cooler when you put it on and it dries really quick after sweating. Not a miracle, but definitely more comfortable than regular cotton in 30+°C heat. I ordered mine from here https://qynda.com/collections/cooling-fabric – they have quite a few options (shirts, shorts, even some kids' stuff). Prices are reasonable and the quality seems decent so far. If you're thinking about trying, I'd say go for it, especially if you hate feeling sticky all day.
