For me, the hiring process with CarePoint actually went pretty smoothly. I applied on a Monday through their website, not expecting much, but I got a response by Thursday. They invited me for a quick phone interview, and by early the next week I was already moving forward with onboarding steps.
I didn’t just wait around—I sent a short follow-up email after a few days, which I think helped show I was serious. While checking their current employment opportunities , I noticed they regularly update listings for Home Care Jobs PA, so they seem actively hiring.
Overall, it took me about a week and a half from applying to getting started.
