How often do you incorporate detoxifying practices into your routine?

I've been trying to be more intentional about taking care of my body lately. I get so caught up in work and other commitments that I often forget to prioritize my health. I'm curious, how often do you incorporate detoxifying practices into your routine? Do you do a full-on cleanse a few times a year, or do you focus on more consistent, daily habits? I'm trying to find a balance that works for me and doesn't feel too overwhelming. What strategies do you find easiest to stick with?

It's definitely a challenge to find the right balance! For me, I aim for a more consistent approach rather than infrequent, intense cleanses. I try to drink plenty of water throughout the day, aim to eat lots of fiber and greens, and ensure I am moving my body through exercise as often as I can.
